ABOUT APPLE TREE ARCHITECTURE

Apple Tree Architecture was founded in 2019 by Lee McIlveen, following a successful career in several roles within the property industry.

Lee's experience includes:

Working as an Architectural Technician for a medium sized Architect practice in Romsey, predominantly on medium to large scale new-build sites whilst studying Architectural Design at University

Working alongside the company directors for a small Architect practice in Southampton on smaller projects, such as extensions, loft conversions and remodels

​

Working as a freelance CAD technician/draftsman for a Structural Engineer in Southampton

​

Estate Agency Management for both corporate and independent Estate Agencies in Hampshire.

Lee started Apple Tree Architecture with a vision; to offer a brilliant, personal service to his clients whilst helping to shape his local area with thoughtful design.  Lee grew up in Locks Heath and now lives with his wife Karly, daughter Maria and boxer dog Tizzy in Botley, Southampton.

In his personal life, Lee loves sport. His interests include watching live football, playing and watching golf and watching NFL.  Lee also loves to travel and particularly enjoys road trips in America with his family.
