We are able to offer beautiful computer generated images (CGI) to assist with obtaining planning permission or to help clients to better visualise our proposals. These can be as simple as a single street scene image, or can show multiple 3D angles of the proposal, including fully furnished interiors if required
A Party Wall Agreement is a legal agreement between you and your neighbour, which relates to building work that affects a shared wall, boundary or outbuilding. If a Party Wall Agreement is required for your project, we are able to assist with ensuring the agreement is legally compliant
Some Local Authorities ask for a Biodiversity survey/assessment as part of their required documents to accompany a planning application. We can assist with this; in some cases it may be necessary to enlist the services of a specialist, for example an arboriculturist, we can happily refer to companies/individuals we have worked with previously
